Yes! Volunteers are the heart and soul of The Exchange. We are always grateful for those who choose to serve and make a difference in our community. Prospective volunteers are asked to complete an application and background check before attending a volunteer orientation. Volunteers typically serve once a week in a four-hour shift.

Yes! Whether given as a gift or used to support someone experiencing financial hardship, purchasing a gift card is a simple and meaningful way to make a difference in the lives of others.

For your convenience, we accept cash, credit and debit cards, Exchange gift cards, and Appy Pay.

Our inventory is always changing, so there’s always something new to discover! The Exchange offers a wide variety of gently used items, including clothing, shoes, accessories, linens, home décor, furniture, books, small appliances, electronics, and more. Every item is carefully inspected by our staff before it reaches the sales floor to ensure quality for our shoppers.

Stop by and see what treasures you can find! You may discover name-brand merchandise, designer finds, or even items with their original price tags still attached - all while supporting a meaningful cause in our community.

Thank you for your generosity and for helping us provide quality items to our community! Please review the donation guidelines below to see what items The Exchange is currently accepting.

We kindly ask that all donated items be clean, free of stains, odors, and tears, and in “like new” or “gently used” condition. Your donations help us create a welcoming shopping environment where our customers can find quality items at affordable prices.

Tax receipts are available for all accepted donations.
