Night 1 (Tuesday, September 3rd) at Cedar Grove Elementary 
Dinner provided 
Session 1 - K-2nd | 5:45 - 7:00pm 
Session 2 - Ages 3's & 4's - Grades 3rd - 5th | 7:00pm - 8:00pm 

Nights 2 & 3 (September 4th & 5th) are at Pleasant View Campus from 6:00pm - 8:30pm 

We’re inviting kids ages 3 yrs - Completed 5th grade to join us and RAISE YOUR GAME!

This week will be packed with incredible worship, small group time, awesome sauce, games and competitions. Kids will compete for the ULTIMATE PRIZE - so grab your friends and don’t miss out!


When is Registration:
Online resistration opnes on Friday, August 6th anc closes at 2pm on Sunday, September 1st. If you do not register before the date/time, you may register at the door. However, lines can be long - so beat the line and register now! 

Whe is registration for me if my kid(s) attends Cedar Grove: 
On night one, the doors at Cedar Gove Elementary will open at 5:45pm. Dinner will be before each session then you can dcrop your child off at Kids Week! If your child attends Cedar Grove Elementary, this would be the time for you to visit your child's teacher. If your child doesn't attend Cedar Gove Elementary, we have a parent section available where you can relax and enjoy the night! 

On nights two and three, the doors will open at ALIVE Pleasant View Campus at 6:00pm 

What if my child has allergies:

Please indicate allergies on your child’s registration form.

Is dinner provided? 

Dinner is provided on night one by Bi-Lo. 
Snacks will be provided nights two and three at Pleasant View Campus.

What should my children wear?

Please send your child in close-toed shoes. Kids will be running, jumping and dancing! Each night we will have a theme :) 

Tuesday: t-shirts (your child will receive his/her Kids Week t-shirt to wear for the evening).

Wednesday: 80s night

Thursday: LEVEL UP! - Dress as your favorite arcade character

What if they have friends in groups? 

You can request that your child be placed with friends on the same team/small group on the registration page. We do our best to honor all the requests. The earlier you register, the easier this is for us to arrange :)

What should my children bring?

Your kid! Your kid’s friends! We will have water stations throughout the building. If you choose to send your child with a water bottle, please send them with a draw-string bag to keep their water bottle in. Also, please label EVERYTHING your child brings. Please DO NOT send your child with valuables, cell phones, tablets or gaming devices.

Will they get wet?

We typically do have a “water night” - this will be announced the night prior. 

What if my child has medication? 

We have a nurse on site all week! If your child has an emergency medication that you want us to have on hand, please see the nurse at drop off to relay instructions and sign in your child’s medication.

Does ALIVE have security? 

We have a safety team on site all week! We will also have one Pickens County officer on site every night. Also, to ensure your child’s safety, in order to pick up your child, you/the person picking up, must have your family’s “pick up code” or “safe word.” 

Are the volunteers background checked? 

All of our volunteers are background checked and ALIVE Kids trained before working with your kids!

Can the parents stay?

Night 1: Parents are asked to stay if your child does not attend Cedar Gove Elementary. We will have a "parent section" available where you can sit and enjoy watching the kids have a blast! 

NIght 3: Parents are invited to stay for worship at the start on Thursday night at Pleasant View Campus. However, because we background check every adult, and train every volunteer who serves with us, we cannot allow parents or adults who have not been throug this process to stay at the event for the entire evening. Pick Up will begin at 8:30pm. 

When is pick up? 

Night 1: Pick up begins following each session at 7pm and 8pm. To ensure your child's safety, in order to pick up your child, you/the person picking up , must have your family's "pick up code" or "safe word." 

Night 2 & 3: Pick up begins at 8:30pm on Wednesday and Thursday at Pleasant View Campus. We encourage parents to arrive about 15 minutes in advance. Also, to ensure your child's safety, in order to pick up your child, you/the person picking up must have your family's "pick up code" or "safe word."
