I hope you were here for our celebration of Pastor Zach Dillard as Church Planter for Fort Mill, SC – we’re so excited to introduce Zach, Cari, Isaiah, Eden, and new baby boy coming in July to the ALIVE family as Project 20’s Christ-Centered Community #4. Fort Mill is a rapidly expanding community expecting an influx of up to 45,000 people over the next 7 years. Would you pray for the many details that need to be navigated as Zach & Cari conclude their current charge, relocate to Fort Mill, have their newest baby boy, and get spiritual conversations rolling in the Mill. Welcome to the Dillard family!
West City Church (Project 20 CCC#1) commenced weekly services in May, meeting at Unlocked Coffee Roasters in West Greenville. Pastor Jason is preaching through a series on the book of Ruth, revealing Jesus in and through the Old Testament. Word continues to get out about this fresh expression of church in the west end and Jason and Morgan are leading well in bringing the Gospel to those in West Greenville. Keep praying for this family (Jason, Morgan, Beau, Boone, and Baker) and this new church serving spiritually hungry people in West Greenville.
ALIVE continues to assist Mt Moriah Church (Project 20 CCC#2) in strategic partnership. Mt Moriah has called Grant Mills as Pastor and will remain in the ALIVE network over the next year. Mt Moriah will continue to live-stream our messages as Grant and Kelsi establish ministry in the Candler, NC, community. Pray for Grant and Kelsi and for our church family at Mt Moriah!
Pastor Connor Guerzini is starting interest group meetings at Upstate Community Church (Project 20 CCC#3) in Spartanburg/Boiling Springs. As the church rehab phase is coming to conclusion, Connor is sharing vision and seeking key people for his launch team, eagerly aiming for a Fall launch. Connor and Kayla have made their home in the Spartanburg/Boiling Springs community and are very ready to engage spiritually hungry people in this rapidly growing region. Pray for Connor, Kayla, Wesley, Jovie and Margo.
