I sure enjoyed the Baptisms last Sunday! What a special time (as it always is) to celebrate those who decided to go public in their faith. I know with the busy Sunday morning schedule, everyone is not always able to be a part of these times, but a good many of you were, and that was exciting. Seeing people go under the water and come out to the cheers and clapping of their church family is a tiny glimpse of a heavenly celebration that is ahead for all of us! Dead to sin, dead to the old way of life and made new in Christ. This is worth celebrating!
We had stories of healing.
We had stories of renewal.
We had stories of clarity.
We had stories of beginnings.
I loved seeing an entire family get baptized. I love seeing a high school boys group celebrate as a few members of their small group went public with their faith this week! Wow! How do you put something like this into words?
To help everybody celebrate these moments, this week’s worship experiences will include video of all our baptisms.
We will also be taking in a bunch of new members this weekend in a couple of our services so this promises to be an amazing weekend!
