Sermon Notes
John 10:10
The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full (abundantly).
Biblical Authority — We believe the Bible is God’s Word and shows us the right way to do life, if we are willing to follow what it says is right and true.
Are we living an abundant life?
Either, God is lying to us or we are missing something.
A relentless conviction to pursue a compelling vision.
"Everybody has a plan...until they get punched in the mouth.”

It is how you react to that adversity that defines you, not the adversity itself.
Matthew 4:17
From that time on Jesus began to proclaim, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven has come near.”
Rethink how you think about everything and reorganize your entire life around what Jesus says is true and possible for you.
Courageous Action
Mark 10:17
As he was setting out on a journey, a man ran up and knelt before him, and asked him, “Good Teacher, what must I do to inherit eternal life?”
Mark 10:21–22
Jesus, looking at him, loved him and said, “You lack one thing; go, sell what you own, and give the money to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; then come, follow me.” When he heard this, he was shocked and went away grieving, for he had many possessions.
Matthew 22:37–38
He said to him, “ ‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the greatest and first commandment.
Luke 19:8–10
Zacchaeus stood there and said to the Lord, “Look, half of my possessions, Lord, I will give to the poor; and if I have defrauded anyone of anything, I will pay back four times as much.” Then Jesus said to him, “Today salvation has come to this house . . . For the Son of Man came to seek out and to save the lost.”
Anything that stands between you and Jesus has to go, not so Jesus will be your friend, but because Jesus is your friend.

I need something to change even if it means _______________.
